About Yoga

Drop in classes are Hatha based and focus on flowing Asanas (postures), pranayama (breath work) and relaxation.

There are many different branches and other types of yoga you may wish to explore, so it is advisable to approach yoga with an open mind and find the type of yoga that most benefits you.

The benefits of yoga are many. Yoga can improve posture, help focus and calm the mind, improve flexibility and breathing, help strengthen and tone the body and reduce stress.

Although these classes are suitable for most abilities, it is advisable to seek medical approval if you are suffering from a medical condition or injury.
